Change your Booking

Winair fares are non-refundable. Passengers are allowed to change their reservations up to six hours before the scheduled departure time of their intended flight. Change fees apply and any difference in fare will be added.
Changes can be made easily and conveniently online.

Cancellation

Bookings that are cancelled at least six hours before the scheduled time of departure may qualify for some portion of credit. Winair fares are non-refundable. Application for a credit of the unused portion of a booking can be made by contacting us directly.

If you do not cancel at least six (6) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight, do not show up for your flight, or do not board the aircraft for any reason your reservations will be automatically cancelled and you will forfeit the value of your reservations.

correcting a name

If you noticed a typo in your name, you can contact us to request a name correction.

You don't have to request a name correction if:
➜ you have multiple first names and only the first is shown in your booking – it’s correct that only 1 first name is displayed;
➜ you used your maiden name, as long as it’s the same last name as on your passport;
➜ your name is shown without spaces – our system did that, it’s not a typo.
