Cargo and
Express Pack
WINAIR has suspended all cargo operations for the time being and only offers Speedmail (Express Pack) services to any WINAIR destination.
From Any Destination to Any Destination in the Winair route:
* Excludes applicable local taxes.
Speedmail (Express Pack) is subjected to the following requirements:
-Speedmail (Express Pack) is not a door-to-door service. It’s only delivered to the airport.
-Each piece must not exceed 158 cm (62") in overall dimension of Length + Width + Height.
-The maximum weight of each piece is 20 kg or 44 lbs.
-Items are to be combined in a single package. One Speed Mail coupon will be issued per package.
-Each client is limited to a maximum of two pieces per flight.
-Shippers must declare the value of the content and show proof on request.
-WINAIR shall be liable for the loss or damage to a package only caused by its own neglect.
-WINAIR Liability shall not exceed the Montreal convention limit of 22 SDR per kg or Winair’s maximum liability of $150.00 per package.
-Rates are valid on WINAIR Flights only.
-Customer must tender airport to airport shipments for transportation at least 120 minutes prior to scheduled departure time of the desired flight.
-WINAIR does not accept the following items as speed mail:
Firearms/Ammunition, Jewelry, Live Animals, Perishable items, Narcotics, Dangerous Goods, Human Remains, Cash, items that contain batteries, Televisions or Restricted Articles as per IATA.
-Full address and telephone number will be mandatory for both shippers and consignees. P.O. Box address is not acceptable.
-Speedmail (Express Pack) will be handled by Customer Service Agents.
In case a consignee does not claim a package after 24 hours, shipper will be notified and requested for instructions. In case shipper request to return package then transportation and additional costs for returning same will be on the shipper’s account.
